Sexuality and Culture

The world we live in today is not the same as when our parents were growing up, things have definitely changed. The modern society has become more tolerant of other cultures and we seem to growing into one global society with diverse sub-cultures.

Ricky Martin? Now  I must really be a late bloomer well I guess I've always been kind of slow.
I had no idea he was gay, not that it makes any difference to me or my perception of him. I ‘m not a great fan of his music but my sister and some of her friends love him. So I guess naturally I just thought of him as a heartbreaker, the ladies man like Usher or Robin Thicke.

The gay and lesbian community has grown substantially both locally and internationally. I have many gay and lesbian friends some of which I grew up with, only for them to realize their true identity much later in their lives. I’ve spoken to them about some of the difficulties of discovering who they really are and how they were able to come out, especially to their parents. The most common answer I received was that “mom knew”, It was the rest of the family that was more tricky to deal with. There is a  gay blog that I came across and it covers a variety of topics such as, ”swinging, would you try it if your partner asked you to” , ”where do you see yourself in ten years time” , ”Emotional attration over physical attraction", just to name a few, but still the theme of the blog remains gay life.

Its fantastic overall very informative and interesting read as it touches on topics of common interest, but also those that affect the gay and lesbian community in particular.

Herbalife International

Its been a while since my last post on the blog...
Well i felt this urge, impluse or whatever you may choose to call it after I came across some amazing products and bussiness opportunity. And YES,YES,YES... Its Herbalife... And sure you've heard of the company or know somebody whose used the products and or does the business. Remember the phrase,' try something once' or ' don't knock it till you try it' or something along those lines, you get the idea. Well i tried it, i plunged in head first and didnt think twise about it and the results, well lets just say I have one or two mirrors more in my place.
I love wat i see in it... to put it bluntly... "I'M HOT"... and this is just the beginning baby!...anyways..I digress.

Herbalife is a wellness company that has been around for 30years, is the main sponsor of LA Galxay FC, is the nutritionist for soccer super star Lionel Messi. The founder Mark Hughes started this MLM business from the trunk of his car and now it trades under the ticker symbol HLF on the New York Stock Exchange. Herbalife has grown from a trunk to residing in 72 countries and having 1.9 million distributors.

Herbalife has an excellent track record of success and growth because of its leadership and high quality products. I have put them to the test and the results are more than amazing, I found Herbalife while looking a work from home business. I bought my starter IBO-international business opportunity package which has a comprehensive bussiness book, dvd and some products for me to try out. It includes a meal replacement milkshake, thermogetics tea, multi vitamin and fibre and herb. I took the products as instructed and managed to lose 3kgs in two weeks with no exercise. I'm still on the products, and the next step is to get into the business, I am really impressed with the system of getting new distributors to try the products and to get a result before they get into the business. It's the ultimate sales pitch to any new client because as a distributor and entrepenuer you will have all the knowledge of the products and you are ultimately a product of your product.

I will be adding another post once I have had a chance to look into the business of Herbalife distribution, I'm content with the result of the products, I hope the business side of HLF is just as marvelous.
